With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jill specializes in helping clients get to and through retirement. She began her career working with a company focused on the senior market, where she developed a passion for helping people protect their health, income, and independence.
 

Jill’s expertise includes Medicare planning, long-term care protection, and safeguarding retirement income from market volatility.
 

Before entering the insurance field, Jill was a small business owner herself. She understands the challenges entrepreneurs face—wearing multiple hats and often putting their own retirement on the back burner. Her mission is to help business owners and individuals alike build solid retirement plans without losing focus on their day-to-day lives.

Originally from the northern panhandle of West Virginia, Jill studied Interior Design at Fairmont State College and was a proud member of the Phi Mu Sorority. Today, she and Jim live in Botetourt County with their Labradoodle, Mabel, and nine chickens. Jill enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, swimming, entertaining friends, and cheering on her favorite teams.

Jim is a retired teacher and coach of 34 years who brings his lifelong passion for education to the financial world. He focuses on helping retirees understand strategies to protect and preserve their assets, increase income, and reduce taxes.

A graduate of Fairmont State University, where he played collegiate baseball, Jim met his wife and business partner, Jill, during his college years. Married for 35 years, they’ve raised three children and now enjoy spending time with their five grandchildren.
 

Born and raised on a farm in Philippi, West Virginia, Jim credits his father for instilling a strong work ethic that continues to guide his life and career today. He prides himself on doing the right things, the right way, for the right reason, applying those same values to every client relationship.
